Those of you who are familier with the ideology of dieting , need to know that dieting by health specialist does have a begetive implication on your body due to the folloing reasons.

1. Diet promotes binge eating in individuals in most cases and people who are on diet do complain of a increasin binge eating trend as they stay hungry for a longer part of the day and then eat heavily during some other intervals .

2. Excessive dieting does promote a psychological disorer in individuals commonly known as anorexia nervosa whereby people eat so less that they starve themselves under the psychological pressure of gaining weight.

3. Some people utilize dieting as a replacement for excersize which unfortunately prevent healthy changes in the body which can be attained through exercize.

4. Dieting is one major cause of malnourishment in individuals as it deprives individuals of the essential neutrients,resulting in negetive biological damage.

5. Individual who quit dieting after their desired weight reduction also complains of sudden weight gain or resuming normal food intake which again proves the fragility of such weight reduction technique.

All in all if you seriously want to reduce your weight then you only have to stay away from fried and fatty food, rest is all healthy id required in our bodies and if you really want to reduce then there is nothin alternative to exercize and workout.
